Sorry I did not get this up sooner. But the only thing I can think of was a corrupted download. I unistalled and deleted the program competely and re-downloaded it (started fresh ;)) That is how I fix my problem. I hope that helps.

I downloaded it today. It did not start. I kept gettint the error msg that it had to shutdown. and wanted to send the error msg to microsoft. I tried uninstalling & reinstalling, no change. Any thoughts?
