ahhh or should I say AAAAAAGGGHHHHHH.... ;) already ordered it. I saw the upgrade and just couldn't bring myself to go for it. Sometimes I wish I weren't so cheap LOL. The new machine is coming Tuesday, so I guess I shall see. Just checked out that card online. Tiger has it for $119, but I noticed that it only has digital and S-Vid outputs. My monitor has an S-input and analog input. No digital. Does S-Vid work well on an analog LCD monitor?

I'm getting a new Dell with Vista Home Premium. The video card it comes with is a 128MB NVIDIA GeForce 8300GS. I cannot find out a lot about this card as it seems to be an OEM card. Does anyone know if this will handle the full Vista 'experience'? Like Flip3D, Aero, etc. I'd appreciate your help very much. I've never purchased a system, always built them myself and Nvidia is not the way I would normally go. Thanks, werewolf

You can either use Skin Studio or just open up the skins .uis file in notepad. Using SkinStudio, click on the 'Code' tab. Look for an entry called: "rollup size" and change the setting to a higher number. Be sure to save the file and re-apply the skin. Is there anyway the installer could check for OS version? If it finds XP, then leave the WB skins directory alone? If I change the registry keys to keep my original folder, are subsequent updates going to change those reg keys back to c:\documents and settings\all users...? I, also, do not have anywhere near enough room to hold all those WBs on my C: drive

Hmm, I have 113 little "Moving" windows on my desktop. None of them look like they are getting anywhere. XP Pro SP2 reasonably patched. Might have been better for me to move all this myself all at once instead of all those individual move commands. btw, nothing other than the task bar is being skinned at the moment. Too many windows open at once?

installed the new SDC first. Showed DX and WB6 updates available, clicked update now. DX installed. Got the 'previous version of WB must be uninstalled first. Did that. Rebooted. There are so many wonderful icons sets here, and they get lost in that little 16x16 pic, or whatever size...very small.

Thanks...that's pretty much how I ended up doing it. I've got a 1 tab system tray on the right and a 1 tab task tray on the left with a regular dock in the middle with some docklets Pretty cool.

I guess it's working ok. It rotates correctly, it's saving the appointment file correctly. Navigation through the calendar is working. Are you displaying the appointment file along with the words "No Message"? I set an appointment for today at 18:25 and set a reminder for 0:05 (5 minutes before time?) Nothing happened. What was supposed to happen? I was expecting the words "No Message" to be replaced by the text I had designated as the comment. If I set an appoint

is there anyway to just do a sys tray? I'd like to be able to have the systray on the right side bottom and another regular dock in the center or left side bottom. pardon...just figured it out...have to create 2 one tab docks.
