Hmm well the only way I can think to solve this does not involve windowblinds. You must have some program which limits the size of maximised windows (DX, NextStart, WinFX, etc) Try using one of them ?

It's in the 'personality' section. I think it's called the 'rollup...er something or other'. sorry. It defines the number from the top of the titlebar to the bottom of the bottom frame. So if you set a rollup of 40 pixels then that's how much shows when you roll it up. Or you could be speaking of something else all together, I don't know <A HREF="https://www.wincustomize.com/index.
