go to view>settings you can change a lot of things there. btw SysMetrix is fantastic...It's a really great prog.

There has been some problems with cookie handling. Alexandrie is re-writing some of the cookie code and while it's being switched out, there have been a few hiccups. They will all be gone in a bit. Hmmm cookies ... I'm hungry now

sometimes the program "Common Names" is installed without the user knowing. You might want to just check in the ControlPanel 'add/remove software' to make sure.

Also, when the previews aren't showing, you won't be able to dl it either. Brian told me to refresh the library database (located on the "View" menu), then refresh the site updates data and then restart SB. But I'm having to go through that process every time I start SB after a cold start.
