Hey Fuzzy...How bad do you want it....
only 39(38?) to go. Where is everyone? Jockeying for position, writing auto-post scripts?
feline: no joy. the quick launch stuff is still dead as a doornail. When I clicked on Winamp, it seemed as though it was trying to do something, but WA never showed up. Oh well.
I guess I'll try rebooting...bbiam
Hmmm the path stuff was put back in there automatically, but it's still dead. May have to reboot
feline: well duh, of course it's dead. Can't find the smartbutton.dll
feline, yes...I started explorer update: removed the OD stuff from my path statement and now the quicklaunch items don't do anything at all. Just dead.
Oh It's working now...huzzah! <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinB
Thanks feline...I know what the ~ is for though Well this is weird...I renamed the directory and the executable for Object Edit and the quick launch still loads the .exe into OE...Very weird.
Ok, so here we are at the feline tech support center for the smartbutton challenged
KarmaGirl: what happened to the crayons? (colorizing message board text and using different fonts)
and the message boards are even faster
hey cool, Brian fixed the date stamps
feline: we can go to the marathon thread...np...just let me know The Stardock stuff in my path statement looks like this: D:\STARDO~1\OBJECT~1\OBJECT~1\ so it's hard to tell OE is my default txt editor...ie if I dbl click on a .txt file, OE is loaded. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALI
KarmaGirl: well, we shall see who gets 2000 Yeah we have the console games all hooked into the home theatre amp. Sounds incredible on some of those games. Probably not 5.1 dolby, but wow, surround sound is great. <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/sb.gif" border=0 ALIGN="absmiddle" ALT="Powered by SkinBro
