Reply to Bug Reports for 1.13 in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I've got 1.13 ... The the United Planets met, and voted to trade 5 techs among all races. The game crashed out at this point. Upon reloadng from the last autosave, I found that I still did not have control of the senate (had lost it two months previously... Dammit, I'm a war-monger, and wars cost money! Get over), but I found that my ships max hit points had all been given my War-Party Control of Senate bonus. If I click on "senate bonuses" in the Domestic Policy window, I get the mess
