NEED HELP FOR SERIAL in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Hi, i have buy the game on a shop (france) and i install the game, but when i wrote the serial, the game tell me that are not the good serial. ARRRRGGGG but i wrote it good (only uppercase) what can i do for play PLZ :) ~SDC~
