Help With SysMetrix Crash... in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

Every time I try to go to "SysMetrix Configuration" (In The Right Click Context Menu) The whole program freezes up and crashes. I have version 3.11 and in the "Update SysMetrix" Window, it claims that this was a problem in previous versions due to weather data not being available, but was apparently fixed in the current verision (The one i have, 3.11) I was wondering if someone could help me out with this extremely irritating problem.
