I am having the same challenge with Star Treek Online. I received an email with a serial number and I registered the serial number in Impulse, but I can't figure out where to find the game key required by the account activation page for Star Trek Online. When I get a response from my support inquiry, I will post it here if it seems helpful. I didn't have any trouble with Avatar, though.

Referring to messages #21 and #22. I am playing single player and every time I play a game if the Tech sharing issue comes up for a vote the game and my computer locks up and i have to turn off or reset my computer. was a solutioon found to this bug or is it a matter of elimintaing this issue from the votable issues library file?
