What I do is open windowblinds go to basic settings and UNCHECK the box that says "apply any wallpaper supplied" click apply changes and you should be set. --Lojo

Ok, my window skins ARE downloading in the wba format. I downloaded it into a seperate folder as suggested and when I click on the folder to open or install it nothing happens. I used to be able to download skins and they would automatically install into the windowblinds program. I've tried to install the LOTR Gondor 2257 skin 3 times, it will download, but will not install into windowblinds. HELP HELP HELP please. Am I doing something wrong or does the windows SP2 have something to do with it? I was just wondering about the sp2 because it seems all my problems started affter I got the service pack. my window blinds skins used to automatically install themselves after downloading. Why do they not do this anymore? Does it have something to do with having windows SP2 installed. Just curious.

no error other than "page cannot be displayed" from IE. Someone please help, I'm starting to get pissed that I paid for this program and now can't really use it, like I"m supposed to be able to.

I hope someone here can help. I'm having trouble accessing any of the skins libraries, when I'm logged into my acct. If I'm logged out I can access them (most of the time), but never when I"m logged in. Currently the only way I can download anything is from the "top downloads", "new additions" or "updated skins" lists that come up on the homepage. I've tried logging out, clearing cookies and temp. files and then logging back in, this doesn't help. Any one have any suggestions?? ThanksLa

I have been trying for 2 wks. to get into the skins library and every time I get a "page cannot be displayed" error from my browser. Anyone know what is going on or what could cause this error. I've accessed the library before, I don't understand why I can't now. Thanks for any help.Laura
