ok the problem is that i tried to give my folders a new icon and i did. the problem i have is that whenever i click on the folders the search box comes up and i would like to have the contents of that folder to come up. so my problem is that the contents are not coming up and the search window is and is there a way to get rid of the search window and have everything back to normal?

I added icons on my computer and now whenever i double click on a folder it opens a search window is there anyway to get rid of the search window?
