Day three point one. Easier than one and two, and i will stick with 3 days despite the one smoke slip last night. The key is to get through enough days to finally convince your brain that you don't need the addiction. Tomorrow will be the biggest challenge...work. I left a pack in the office. Well well well. What a frutstrating day. I find it amazing how when i am back on the quit how everything seems to go wrong. Today most of my problems were computer related, a bit of work frustration mixed in and damn if the urge to just move back to square one wasn't right there. my apologies to dan for the reprimand. I will be honest with myself. This is going ot be hard. And i have done it before and i hate it. The only analogy i can make is, quitting smoking is like being really really hungry

Today is the first full day of quitting smoking. Again. This is the worst part. The first couple of days. Feeling distracted, irritable, unable to concentrate. And god i sure would like a smoke. 11 months i quit last time. November 19th, 2002 through October 2003. Prior to that was a six month hiatus. Fail fail fail.
