Okay, So I read your post again, and I needed to say more. I realize I run the risk of sounding like myself here, but this line causes me a tad bit of concern. It felt kind of nice to let it slip out of her hand and let his hand slip in. I trust your judgement Trin. Just be careful, cause love does crazy stuff to us!

Eloquently written. Finding ourselves is an adventure we all must embark on.
Trin, When I checked my responses, I just had to laugh out loud. The Napoleaon thing was freakin' hilarious, considering I didn't even catch the very obvious spelling error. And NO , you can't have my tots! I'm glad you and August can enjoy Everwood alongside us. I appreciate your kind comments. Your a jewel of a sis! Denise, Thanks for the encouragement. My Knoxville, TN folks brightened my day! <BR
People named "anonymous" are not allowed to call me wierd. Thanks for commenting, I think .
Jesus does Rock! Check out the book The Ragamuffin Gospel by Brennan Manning. It's a must read. Let me know what you think. This is part of the intro : This book is not for the super-spiritual. It is not for the muscular Christians who have made John Wayne and not Jesus their hero. It is not for the academicians who would imprison Jesus in the ivory towers of exegesis. (Whatever that means?) .
I wore a red sweater to work today. I figured I might as well embrace the Love holiday. My kids at school were precious, and I found myself being silly with them all day. Joking around with your students can make the dullest day bright. Especially when you spend most of your time being dictator and babysitter. About mid afternoon an old
You can't use the word butthead twice in one response!
This is my favorite line: I don’t date much, and it’s not for lack of proposals You got them lining up or something? I loved the article Trin. I'm glad your'e writing again.
Thanks for having my back Sarah. Trin knows I've got problems, so no offense was taken. She just likes messin' with me.
Sara, Thanks for sharing. It seems like just yesterday that I was walking in your shoes. The decisions facing me after high school were definitly overwhelming. In the end, I said "Screw It!', and headed eight hours away from home. It turned out to be exactly where God wanted me, and my freshmen year of college was a foundational time in my spiritual growth. You will find you way, just as I will. The hard part is accepting our
It happens every year. Change comes knocking at my door, and I get all knotted up on the inside. I fret over things I cannot control, causing all other areas of my life to suffer. Everything seems to get turned upside down, and I start feeling funky. Remaining spiritually connected becomes a huge chore, and I begin to question whether or not I have progressed at all
Very thoughtful. Thanks for posting.
All yellow ribbons have been banned in my book!
Sounds like one of those days we wish were little again. Crashing on your bike into a pothole, doesn't hold a candle to the reality of adulthood.
Brandie, I'm glad to see such solid resolve. I wish I could join you and boys on your Big Island adventure. What a unique opportunity for you all!
be kind to you... please. Solid advice. A friend of mine once gave me the following list of Relationship Rules : (Do with them as you like) 1. Show Up 2. Pay Attention 3. Ask for what you want and need 4. Accept the outcome 5. Celebrate the "No" (I don't parti
P.S. How do I add you to my yahoo instant messenger? I'm and idiot. I know.
As long as we are in these jars of clay, we will never live up to God's standards. ( Or anyone else's for that matter ). All we can do is put our best foot forward, and pray that His Grace truly is sufficient. It takes a strong individual to honestly evaluate faith. Thanks for taking a risk, and sharing your doubts. I hope your various steps will lead you the the Truth. Let me know what you learn along the way.
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight...... Trin, You know I miss you! We went to the Texas history museum, and it just wasn't the same without you! Good luck next week with your first day of class. Love you!
Inbloom I feel your pain. Thanks for commenting on my blog. Us teachers need to stick together! Good luck on your science test!
At the risk of sounding retarded, why is Marilyn Manson singing about his lunchbox? And, No. You are not a bad mom!
Feel the love. Yes. Trin and I have unique sisterly relationship. I miss the girl!
Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight......... I did respond you big pig!
Do I know this Tiffanie?
island_gurl12 I wouldn't say I'm grown up. I can understand your position on staying incognito. Sometimes we need a safe place to just "be". Thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts.
