It drove me pretty nuts trying to figure that out, too. After you're logged in, go to "My Account" on the right (or could be on the left) then click on "Manage site custom links" toward the top right, and create your "section heading" which would be like "my favourites" or whatever you want it to say. Hope you figure it out from there... let me know if you need more help. ~
