I placed the stars in the heavens for you Take a look, on a clear night and know Know that I love you -- my love is all around you Look at the clouds, Have childlike faith See a dragon float through the sky Know that I'm in control Go sit on the beach Watch the carefully placed waves ride toward shore Be still once in a wh

It's amazing how God uses little things like that to remind us how much He delights in us, isn't it? I like it when people recognize those times. :o) Sarah

"You're personality doesn't seem to align correctly" align correctly with what? Sarah

Could God be using this time of you feeling like you have conditional love to show you that His love is unconditional, and teach you how to love that way? Could God be using this time of you feeling like you will never have a true relationship with anyone to show you that He will never leave you. I'm sure you probably know that already, but maybe He wants to reinforce it. It's something almost all of us struggle with at one time or another.

There are no words, really, for times like these, but know that I'm praying for you too. Our God will comfort you... He'll never leave you... He uses the fucking awful times to draw us closer to Him. If ya ever wanna talk, I'm here. Sarah [email protected] (addy and msn messenger)

haha, Trin! I'm praying that God will put circumstances in his life that will make him turn to God, yes. Really, I think God's agenda is more important than his. Perhaps he's "happy" but when he finds God, he'll find joy unspeakable. The point is not for him to measure his choices up again my belief system that's full of rules. The point is for him to turn to God and be set free from the bondage of sin. See, it seems backwards to you prob

I liked this article... you're right, there is no "scale-o-sin" . There are just greater earthly consequences for sins. Kind of like if you have hate in your heart, and murder someone, they are both sins. But obviously one will have more consequences than the other. Ditto, Dan... I'm praying for you Muggaz. Why are you so proud about one day burning in hell?

Hey all... I feel so special you are talking about me *blushes*... thanks WiseFawn. I'm curious, mikimouse, how old are your kids and do you plan on homeschooling them all the way through high school? If you want to ask me any questions, go for it. I'm fairly knowledgeable about High School curriculums, but I'm guessing from your article that they're younger. I've also been wondering, what's the difference between writing an artic

Alright, I'll stop at Fleet Farm and pick it up... maybe I am doing something wrong. Yesterday I used a 5 ft whip. I actually had my neighbor (who has been training horses for years) come over last fall and help me a few times. My girl's still a filly (well, she's 6, but a filly at heart) so hopefully she'll start liking me pretty soon. I've had her for 6 months, and I've heard that's about the time it takes to build a relationship, but I

imajinit- Thanks so much, it's nice to know someone here knows what they're doing with this horse stuff. I must say I did better today; I said to myself "if she kicks me and kills me, so be it, she's going to lunge!" So, that was my attitude and I think she had a bit of a new respect for me. I wasn't afraid to get right up to her and smack her hard on the rump. She did better today; she'd trot around me about three times before I had to go at her ag

Elisha is a great name... I personally prefer Elijah, but whatever toots your horn. Oh, and Phantom, I think you're pronouncing it wrong in your head. It's not ee-lee-sha, it's ee-lie(as in don't tell a lie)sha, right, sleepyhead? Sarah

I was thinking about it today too. We can't recreate things, I guess we just have to capture and hold on as best we can to the things that are hard to let go. You're right, we'll never get those moments back, and it seems so screwed up, depressing almost. We should remember the past but not cling to it, look forward to the future, but not depend on it. You're very expressive and seem genuine in your writing, and I like that. Sarah

Well this is just a short, yet funny story I thought I'd blog about, because it's something that would happen to me. My cousin was taking a flight from Chicago to Milwaukee on this little, cramped airplane, and saw a guy that looked like he was from "The Darkness". You know, that band that sings "I believe in a thing called lo-ove! Touchin' Yo-OOOU, touchin'

I need a fucking trainer! My horse sucks, and I'm a big baby. I know I shouldn't be, but when she practically rears up on top of you and kicks out and just barely misses, it's hard not to be. I think I need a fucking trainer! I need to go to boot camp; I need someone to toughen me up. My brother can lunge her, and he's only 12. He's so good at it

Alright, first of all, Cann1bal, you were right about one thing... it really had nothing to do with my post. I understand what you're saying, and this may sound stupid, but I don't have a whole lot of control over my surroundings... I don't go to public school. I know it's good to get out of my box, obviously it is. "and if you think christians are the only good ppl, maybe you deserve to be lonely" WTF? Why on earth are you ranting? I
