I believe that from what I have seen there is a large demand for some old games to get a facelift. There is also demand for something better than Civilization III. From what I have heard, nobody trusts Atari to do anything credible at this point in time. So I think you have a market, but perhaps a unique game would be better, as you would not have the huge cost in rights to MoM2.

Why can't we have all of these? Take the cap off games, but make the scores lower and more reasonable. 60K is a rather large and uncommon number. Make the scores lower and more believeable. Say the standard 30K games worth now 3,000. Cut scores by 90%. Leave the top open, if you can get 10K, leave it open. I bet some Gig/Maso on AP could get 100K if there was no cap. So have an individual board for best scores. But also have an overall score totals, like we do now. But have the display

When you hit F2, you can pull up a list of your planets. If you hit Star List on that panel, it should pull up all the stars you have explored in the galaxy. Join the Diplomats http://diplomats-empire.com The most active empire in the Meta.
They won't show up unless you have the ship option on the mini-map selected. If you do have that selected, then they should show up.

Minor races that are born in game get all techs researched by all powers I believe. And you don't have do give into demands. :)
