After months and months of nothing working.....I finally figured out what was wrong. I went in and created the folder where wb themes are stored. My computer didn't have it. After that, I reinstalled wb and everything is working fine now. After submitting my ticket and having a couple different techs...I sort of got fed up and was just going to eat the cost. Ok I went back into the WB folder, right clicked on the sevenconfig.exe file and try to open , or run it. I get same error message, then another pops up stating this: Error 101 Unable to locate key WB files. Please reinstall WB or contact tech support at [email protected] . Yes I have Impulse and downloaded through it. Didn't have the trial version of WB7. Did have a trial years ago, but used CCleaner to uninstall.
