You sign a consent decree to end a lawsuit, then you break the agreement, you should expect to be sued. I agree with Sirius...this seems like massive mismanagement. You agree not to go into the music business to settle a lawsuit, then launch iTunes. Doh!!! Oops, I forgot about that lawsuit.....
.99 really rocks!!!! Much faster, no stutters (in custom engine and narrow magnification). More stable too. I haven't tried the weather yet, but if it works as advertized..... Overall, improvements wih each build.
I sort of fixed the problem....when I reinstalled .90b from Stardock Central, it installed it in a different directory from the original install. Now it runs, but I've got to rebuild my icons, etc. Any ideas on how to transfer that stuff from the old directory to the new? Thanks.
I love this program, and am a subscriber to the Object Decktop network. But now my Objectdock gives the "beta expired" message and won't run. Help!!! Any idea when a newer beta (or better the release) will be? How about a workaround/fix to the beta expiration? Thanks!!!!

How (if at all) will the GDI+ engine or custom engine be effected by the new DX9 release?
