Visual C++ Runtime Error in ObjectDock Stardock Forums

OD+ used to run fine, but now on startup I get a Visual C++ Runtime Error and ObjectDock.exe has an abnormal program termination. Anybody know how to solve this problem?

I found the icon in appwiz.cpl. However, it is still not high enough resolution (I think the best icon i found was 48x48. I need at least a 96x96).

I can't find an big icon for the Add/Remove Program icon anywhere. When the flyout occurs, it's blurry with the original Windows XP icon. I need a higher resolution icon for my Add/Remove program shortcut. Thanks!
