v 1.13 versus v 1.2 your recommendation? in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

I'm a knuckle-head, I admit it. I posted earlier about 1.19 versus 1.20. I meant 1.13, or whatever version was last with a stand alone patch. No internet at home, so I down load the stand alone patches from work and take them home. So, what do you think about the play differences between 1.13 and 1.20? I don't mind changing tactics, I'm still developing mine, but is the game better, worse, or just different? Still balanced?

I haven't downloaded the patch to upgrade to 1.2 yet, but I'm not sure I want to either. I've seen a lot of discussion here about the effects of the logistics changes. But, how would you rate the game play? Is it enhanced? should I stick with 1.19 until 1.21 is out?
