I say drop support for 98\ME with the release of WB4. Somehow clean up WB3.x to be more stable for 98\ME if that is possible. Lower the price about 25% for the lesser version, give limited support for a while or have a new section/message board just for 98\me version so people can exchange thier own information. I agree with moving on with the times. I believe that the majority of 98\ME users will upgrade in time, so don't shut them out completely.

I'm waiting for permission also, and remember a Suite is made of links, so you are not just limited to WinCustomize. You can grab links from most other skin sites. I say most because i've only tried at DevART, SkinBase and Lotsofskins.

I give credit in the theme description. If it is different skins by different artists, then i think credit is good. If it is a whole Suite or theme and is recent, I would ask permission. I've been told you don't have to, but as far as i'm concerned, it is proper to do so.
I'm running it, and it is very nice I think it should be the default skin for WB 3.4 to show off it's features. Anyone agree? Wonderful skin Mike!
