You have not countered my argument. If the Pope had done what he could, the Vatican would have been broke. It's not a conclusion. It's proof. Oskar Schindler, perhaps exaggerated in the movie, cried that he could have saved more if he had sold more of his wealth to buy slave labour (and save the slaves). The Pope had all the wealth imaginable yet he didn't think it wise to spend it on saving people from the Nazis.
