bootskin import file problem in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

i HAVE the program and i get error message when i try to open the bootskin, it does not automatically import it. i thought to correct this i had to rename the file or zip it then manually put it in the bootskin folder in progrtam files, i cant rember how to do it correctly. thanks for any help to the i millionth three hundred gazillionth time for this type of post, i would much rather be posting the normal thought provoking posts of WOW THAT WAS COOL, I LOVE YOU JOE SMITH I'LL RATE YOUR

how do i install a boot screen that i downloaded in WinCustomize Talk WinCustomize Forums

dont know how to import it to the boot screen program and i cant find any help on this site?
