Issue with purchasing subscription / no response from sales in Stardock Support General Stardock Forums

Hello On November 13, 2012 (This past Tuesday), I purchased a one year subscription for Object Desktop via the stardock.com site. I received a confirmation email of the purchase from [email protected]. That's when I noticed that the expiration date in the receipt was 11/13/12. So basically, that's a zero day subscription. In the My Accounts > My Downloads section, it has the same thing. Stardock Central cannot find the subscription. </
