The reflection of say the magnifying glass is never going to be a reflection of a magnifying glass. It's a reflection of a picture

Like some others have said, the reflections are just horrific. Completely wrong. It's simply an upside down 50% transparent replica of the icon. That is not a reflection. I know this is really the only true way to achieve it, but it just looks hideous to me. I'd prefer no reflection at all over that mess.

What's funny about all this is that everyone is so worried that your lies and cheats will be brought out. The best way to avoid that? Don't lie and cheat! If Google is responsible for someone getting caught cheating on their wife, good. The bastard should have not cheated and he would have nothing to worry about. But again, you're all just paranoid. It's kind of funny, really.

Glad to see reflections, but if you look close, they are not real "reflections". Not accurately reflected, just a semi-transparent upside-down image of the icon. In some cases that works, but in others it doesn't work so well... (like the lock, for instance)
