Stardock, I can imagine exactly what you are going through and don't envy you but I do sympathize. A massive challenge and you seem to be doing great so far. It's a horrible world out there with some vile people doing vile things and while we don't know what happened exactly we can imagine it was pretty nasty. Keep up the good work and we'll remain patient!

I have an open ticket that's 3 days old and is showing "unassigned" with no response. The ticket is for licenses that are not registering for my account and the trials are about to expire. What do I need to do to get a response? I've also sent emails. Thanks.

All of my ODM apps are showing as unlicensed and requesting keys. When I attempt to login to activate (since I have no keys) it says expired and will not renew. There must be a system problem. Seems others are having the same issue. My account pages shows my ODM subscription is active. Sent a ticket, no response yet.
All of my ObjectDesktop apps are acting as if they are unlicensed even though I own the suite. Had to activate trials to keep them functioning...

First off, Windows DreamScene does use the DWM to play video (meaning DirectX). That's why it uses so little CPU. If you think you could play high definition video as your desktop wallpaper in Windows 98 then I have a bridge to sell you. Secondly, Stardock DeskScapes adds the ability to have dynamic, 3D animated wallpapers that also uses the DWM (which uses DirectX). It will be
