when you have the color you want open Display Properties/Appearance and save your color scheme with a name and apply it. Then that will be your default windows colors. Plus, in Windowblinds' configuration you can turn off the use skin color scheme function. Then it won't change when you change skins or load WB.

Metal here too... and then Starbucks. They are both very original color schemes and very easy on the eyes. I haven't changed from metal since turning it on.

It's getting to be that time of the year... who's going on vacation soon? I'm leaving Thursday morning for my annual 'camping on the volcanoe' trip. We will be fly-fishing some pristine waters along the base of Mt Shasta, climbing the volcanoe, irritating the bears, and relaxing into a blissful state of mind... I'll be back around the end of the month, hopefully still able to use a computer

count me as one who 'doesn't get it'... I never liked the new XP look... it's like a toy interface - way too cutsie for me. Like the rubber duckey thing in WinME... the most irritating part is seeing all the walls with the windows logo - especially the walls that are Just the windows logo. it's a mystery to me

It was Great! I loved it!
