I've just finished my first website! Amina Productions tell me what you think? any tips on how to improve it? i know the menu is a bit buggy
I got about half way down the comments and all I was hearing was 'blah blah blah' you're all just going round in circles. If you use 'bad' copies of XP you wont care about all this checking cause your'll just get a crack. (Using illegal software is a bad thing to do 'just say NO') If you use legit copies no need to worry you have nothing to hide. You can call up to activate XP over the phone, to get the updates you need to be on the net so i
well i was reading the story from the book and it kept on shrinking again!! You cant use you mouse pointer to to follow the lines when you read (yeah i know its a kiddy thing to do but i find it easier when reading fron a screen). So give me something direct that you click not a wishy washy floaty thing. Just my personal opinion no offence ment.
I for one, wont spend out on a new OS (and probably new hardware) just so I can search faster (which I don’t use, I just organize my files into folders, family photos, friends photos, etc, etc). Or buy a new bigger monitor just so I can take advantage the facility that means I can. Or just so that I don’t have to buy a 3rd party security suite (no doubt tho MS will sell subscription service for there inbuilt security suite). Personally I reckon why
Going way back to the first comment. The Intel chips that will be used in the new Macs will not be x86 based. Why would Intel make a brand new chip for apple? When it has one that will work just fine? AMD's advantage is that its 64 bit chips are built from scratch with 64 bit and dual core in min
I bought an iBook just over a year ago. Its a 1Ghz 14" with 512 ram, it runs like a dream, it isnt the fastest machine out there but its does the job. I use it for Final Cut Pro video editing, Photoshop, and 3D modeling (Art of Illusion). I dont have any office suite on it apart from iLife. The only down side to it is disc size is 40Gb which soon gets used up with video. If you dont want to spend too much and can wait the extra 10 seconds or so to rend
ok that's quite funny. A few good points some may not be true on other machines though. But why do things like this always turn out into a fight between linux, mac, and windows? i dont want to start another fight, but windows isnt that bad for the average user or else it wouldn't be the most common os? linux is good for servers thats why its used on lots of servers. and macs well there good for creative things (although windows is catching fast) bu

I never really actually put in my opinion on which was better in my experiance . I would say windows because i have used it more, Linux is more complex and so requires learning and mac osx is simple to use for average user but as its bsd(unix) based requires learning like Linux. Another point macs can have stability problems too <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/
Hay! I wrote this article to let you know my experience with Linux both good and bad. This wasn't meant for the start of another 'I love Linux and hate windows' or vise versa, slaging match. As it all comes down to personal preference, Linux is free but nearly everyone knows how to use windows, so which is better? And as for <TD class="mb-Body-Quote
I've known about GNU/Linux , and the whole open source thing, for sometime now. About a year ago I bought the 'Dummies Guide to Fedora Rore1' book. Hoping to get more into using Linux and also as my girl friend worked on Saturdays (the only day I could go to visit) I spent a lot of time in the town, so this book gave me something to do. I spent a fe
Surely you mean 10.4? i have see that tiger dosnt include ilife it only comes on a new machine. I would imagine that it says on the box whats included?! (ie ilife) personly whenever i upgrade apps, os's i make sure i have the original discs ready so if it dosn't go rite i can quickly restore it back to original state? next time maybe just try an upgrade rather than a complete fresh install? i dont mean to sound b*tchy but maybe a little comman s
