From task manager select Steam and end the process. Relaunch Steam. It works for me.
kenwin
I closed Steam, right clicked on steam in task manager to end task. Ran Steam, launched Gal Civ 4 and the game ran without any problems. I think the problem is Steam and not Gal Civ.
Same problem for me. Then the game loaded yesterday and this morning. 23/26. Tonight, the same problem again.
Never Mind. I know how.

Some of the people warning about global warming are the same pinheads that during the 60's and 70's were warning about the new ice age. They were wrong then as well as now. 1860-1880 global warming followed by global cooling. 1910- 1940 global warming followed by global cooling. Cooling since 1995. We need to reduced pollution, but cap and tax isn't the way to do it.
In Canada or the U. K. (one of the two) the suvival rate from prostate cnacer is about 70% while in the U. S. it's 90%. Just 1 of several hundred reasons.
Newer versions of Mac OS come with Bootcamp. Install that, and than Vista Ultimate. I'm not a Mac head but I belive that's all you have to do. Better yet get a real computer :)
Yes Yes and Yes!
On my hp mediacenter PC Vista ran better than XP, When I upgraded the video card even better. My notebook with vista 64, I'm loving it and for $1200 it's as good a game machine as many costing over $2500 (4 gig of ram, 1 gig dedicated vid, and HD over 4 gig. I got the desktop about 1 year before Vista was out.
For my Amiga it was Elite and Evil Garden. For the pc it was master of orion 1.
yes yes and yes
I like your ships. I like the show. Could you please release the ship pack seperately?
If no one plays it,so what. Make it for yourself. What matters is what you like.
if you're using vista you may have to disable the user access control.
How about a Space Above and Beyond Mod?
