Mini freighters and Starbases in Galactic Civilizations I Stardock Forums

Hi! Perhaps it is a repost (for sure it is...) but, I spend more than 1 our too find an answer for one question... and could not find final answer :-) Does starbase with trade modules on it give me a profit only from my OWN mini-freighters, or also from "foreign" mini freighters passing thru?
