Not to be picky - but unless it is actually hoisted on a Jackstaff it is the Union Flag. The origin of the idea for the wall in the screenshot entitled - gottinhimmel was : (Authors own description) "If I designed the flag.... This is purely for fun. I do not promote Nazism and abhor its principles, but they had some really cool flags" The link I supplied to the DA thread was just in the hope that after seeing it folks wouldn''t want to get dragged down into that m

Ok scratch that, I''ve seen it now - the answer is yes you could but I don''t think I''d try - apart from the work, I''m not sure it would present very well if you enlarged it. However that being said I am so cherry you could cover me in cream and call me Sundae so don''t be surprised if someone else posts and says they''ve done it and its fine for them. But just so you can satisfy yours

Guys I don''t believe it - victim of tragic assumption, apologies Colin. I could have bluffed it out and claimed a typo - but can''t keep fingers steady on keyboard (much rolling on floor taking place). /me thinks Fuzzy Logics eagerness to investigate nooks and crannies is disturbing [Message Edited]

This wallpaper has been subject to considerable comment at DA. The Author claims not to support the values of the Nazi Party but thinks they had really cool flags - presumably any power becomes sexy for some folks. Anyway the point of this particular post is to provide the link to a DA thread that might save the need to reproduce it here. DA threads are not always as family friendly as these here <b

Help I think I just fell into a parallel world where 'The Lone Gunmen' rule Nope it was just the Community link - phew. Seriously bad that I never even knew this existed, seriously good for all, that I'll never qualify to get on there. But I think its this kind of thing that helps promote the friendliness of the site that I remember from an earlier post Feline felt she was missing.<br

Hi sjder - right click on your desktop, choose properties, then the appearance tab and then choose the advanced option. You will be presented with a box containing the elements of the desktop,active/inactive boxes etc and below the colours they are presently set at - if you click on the box/title bar of your choice you will then be able to change its colour using the buttons underneath. I think that made sense and should help <img src="http://images.stardock.com/images/smiles/smile.g

Hey guys I understand where your coming from:- But if its a quality issue about one author, shouldn't comments and ratings be placed in the appropriate arena i.e the skin library. If there's a general issue about the quality of skins that are getting through then sure I understand that you might query the admins about policy/standards - but it doesn't seem right to publicly single out one individual who may have spent hours doing something for the first time and met a personal

If you have a DX clock that you like, then you should be able to export it as a widget and run it as an independent event without actually having DX running, as long as it is still installed it should be fine. Just import the clock of your choice using import object, then right click, choose ''export'' then follow the wizard. Hopefully you''ll get around your conflict problem. Please do post back if you can''t quite crack it - worst case scenario I''ll e''mail you a pre-made widget. Di

Cheers for coming back Lord Vimal - yeh let us know how it works out - I'm not good with scripts and while I think I understand what it's saying I'm not about to prove I'm wrong here .

I think you''d find general agreement Shameless. I wouldn''t dare to advise anyone to make any registry changes based on the scant information available. However was happy to provide links to possible solutions. I know some folks don''t have the degree of access to the net that others have and so endlessly using Google can be prohibitive - so if I can short cut that to a degree I am happy to do so. I guess to be honest one of the things I''d do, even before backing up the registry would be t
