Skinners, Artists, Coders, and Testers Needed: Community Suite

Happy Birthday!!

https://forums.wincustomize.com/?aid=174881

After the success on the Troll Thumping Day Suite some members of the Mother Thumpers are coming together to create the "Happy Birthday Suit(e)".

I envision this suite centered around a DX gadget that counts down to your birthday. On your birthday the gadget will prompt you to download the most recent incarnation of the suite components so for your special day, your desktop will celebrate with you.

At this point we have some components assigned to artists but this is a collaborative project and welcome input and assistance from everyone. Please jump in and help out if you'd like.

Why not at least have hope? If we're all negative then it definitely won't happen!

Trust me.  Won't happen.  (and really, it shouldn't)

And I forgot to mention - I spoke to an admin and asked if they could help us by letting our stuff bypass the moderati n process. They haven't replied yet...

That's one of the perks of having the rank of journeyman or better.
That amount of trust has to be earned, which is a very good thing.

You are saying that LogonVista was to blame?
Interesting.
Might be a good time to email support.

At the moment I don't use the Laptop much My grandson who's not 3 till November (he plays games on it quite good with the pad)as does do his parents so could of been anything. Downloaded theAVMANS clocks earlier and they would not work as something wrong with DesktopX found 2 desktopX's installed in Impulse so deleted that and re did it and working fine now.

Anyway re uploaded seems to be working in that deleted it twice and reloaded it from file.

Converting what to what?  Maybe I missed something.
How goes the next version of the Xion skin?
Quintessential Player
End of quote
??  I don't think that's a standard.   :)
I was converting mommaTee's PNGs to Icons. Quintessential Player and the Visual Basic stuff isn't totally necessary, but I do Visual Basic programming, so I've got MS Visual Basic Express on my computer. I don't know why I've got Quintessential player on my computer. Talking about programming... I could write a basic program which takes you straight to the download page without even opening your web browser!
Ok, I've finished the program. If anybody wants to try it out, I'll email it to you in a .zip file.

In reply #825, mommaTee states that she is doing the icon pack. She is just showing the .pngs to let us see what she's up to.
