G.R.O.S.S. communication thread.

Cringe in fear do gooders. The G.R.O.S.S. (Get Rid Of Slimy alienS) empire is now formed. In less than an hour we have jumped 95 other Pacifist Doo Gooder victim empires and lept into 40th out of 135 ranked.

We are an evil empire bent on controlling everything and showing all the other empires out there who's boss. US. Are you listening Euro-"Oh lets let everyone be a senator and give em a vote doo gooder democracy alliance?" We come for you.

For a limited time, (untill I decide otherwise) 5 Pure Evil games, (or just impressing me with your game evilness) submitted will get you a Senatorship. Later, being the evil empire pyramid scheme we are, it will take 10. Of course, being the evil empire we are, that gives you no benefits, no pay, but all the alien carnage you crave most.

Now we do realize that sometimes, you just have to fake being good. You sometimes just have to infiltrate that pacifist party. We understand. But we aren't a kinder gentler empire and don't let their pacifism go to your head. And just sometimes, you gotta let the Aliens live (where else would you find slaves for the heavy metal lava mines?)

In the future, we shall update each other in the empire via this thread, brag of our conquests, drink blood wine, and generally just poke fun (creatively and humorously) at those players whom we find to be too goody goodyish.

Our mottos.

G.R.O.S.S. Where being good is merely a temporary strategy.

Just win baby.

Here's your ration of skin you do gooder wimp Drengin slime. Now get back to work

EBZeroMatrix you have been made a senator.

I repeat. Cringe in fear, we come for you.

EBZ, the "crank caller"! Grats! :CONGRAT: Keep turning that crank. It is a job that suits you well.

I have been having one of those family time weekend conspiracies myself. Should be back on duty for my normal mayhem sometime tomorrow.

Cypher Pax glanced up at the battle board. It was the dominant factor of the war room towering almost 45 ft tall. It projected a 2-dimensional map of the theater of war and Cypher got navigate through a series of menus by pointing…. The board could bring up reports on technology, the domestic situation, and foreign relations. He could report on any system or planet he controlled.

In the center of the room was a three-dimensional holographic projection of the universe. Terminals ringed the display and he could likewise make them to project: JavaScout’s Encyclopedia, the Metaverse boards, and the Forums.

Of to the side as a massive desk recast from the smoldering wreckage of a Torian Avatar. Sufficient seating existed to brief diplomats, governors, and aides.

A projection booth allowed him to participate in the Galactic Senate and carry on interstellar negotiations. Banners of his victories and gifts of tribute from dozens of worlds adorned his walls. The ceiling of the command center could become opaque so he could watch the deployment of billions of troops to battle.

In his command center, Cypher Pax was all-powerful. He was the Master of the Universe, or at least the Master of his 64 sectors of the galaxy. Aliens trembled at the mention of his name. Trillions of humans had been brainwashed so that the mention of his name invoked slavish devotion.

Suddenly, Cypher Pax was roused from his thoughts of galactic domination by his wife.
‘It’s your turn to change the baby.’

Sometimes being a Galactic Overlord is not all it’s cracked up to be….

Well, with many baby wombats wandering around I can understand that! :)

Er...Cotal? That's a little out of context. It's like an essay question: "Discuss this sentence."

And yes, Hurley, 10 wombat nippers with eight on the way DOES lend itself to the development of certain Zen states of consciousness (or lack thereof) - one fails to be aware of the wife's 'plans', for instance....

I propose that when talking to an ally you can tell them to stop getting you involved in nonsense wars.

Sorry for the delay. G.R.O.S.S. Intel has been busy. As far as analysis, it’s Cotal so... uh... Gerakken, do you have a few spare minutes to take this one? I need to head out for my morning run.

Pirate Central: Pontius!!!!! Where are those weekend board Reports??? Don't you ever want to come to Central, sit behind a desk, quit raiding, plundering, and pillaging and move into central? Get those reports in on time.

Pontius: Sir, Yes Sir. Reports coming soon

Aside. Boy I hope failing to get those reports in on time keeps me in the field. Desk job indeed. Grrrrrrrr.

Pontius, did the extra memory help you? I went from 128 to lots, and the game is easily 50% faster, and as I reach the end of a small map, probably 100% faster. I didn't realise how much difference it would make!

Kit: fantastic website. The photos are hilarious. I didn't think the Koala looked vicious enough, although the wombat is definitely Wombie after a night on the piss.

One Night...

Madness madness madness. They thought he was mad, but... WHO CARES WHAT “THEY” THINK?!?! His eyes danced from one object to the next. All the necessary items were in place. All the necessary items “borrowed” from Gerakken’s lab, save the Dos Equis Amber. One camel pack filled with ice-cold Mexican import. One compressed and self-cooled canister of the same label. A hyperdisk player with AC/DC, Led Zepplin, The Doors, ...and Enya. One modified warp stone (modified for the not-so-magically inclined). One ultra-miniaturized spell shield. Half a dozen self-replicating Yorian locust-bots. One Super Blast Water Soaker (filled with... water). And the centerpiece of his collection - one modified electric prod (having an elctric razor at the tip). Oooooo BABY!!! It’s time to ROOOOOOCK!!!

The small cargo hold of Kit’s corvette was filled with a multitude of other items. Max, Twoforty, and Rainjah (his personal droids) were crammed in with little room for movement. They didn’t mind! Twoforty and Rainjah had never been on one of their master’s adventures. Max always traveled without his buddies. They beeped, chirped, whistled, and clicked as any teenage girls would... if they were excited little droids.

AAAAAAAAA!!! It’s time to rock, my friends!”

“Beep beep boop?”

YES, that’s you three! Who else would I be talking to?!?!”

“Brrr chirp-chirp click.”

“Mwahahaha... yezzz, I am... a little mad. Get us outta here, Max. I’m sure Gerakken will notice a ‘few’ items missing soon.”

The unmarked corvette hopped out of the launch bay with a little extra kick. Banking sharply to starboard, its boosters rocketed the ship into the void.

Madness...
