It is my pleasure as a new senator of the MWC to congratulate all good peeople of fertile lands with incredible success that our empire achieved in the recent past.

We are not the fastest growing empire but the quickest to rise in ratings. Opportunities are excellent for new (and seasoned) players to make their mark on the face of Metaverse.

We are not asking anyone to defect from other respected empires. We are asking people of midlands (of North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, Japan, all islands) to join MWC. If desire to help a real and noble cause will regretfully make you leave existing empire so be it. Be strong in your true aligence.

We defeated G.R.O.S.S, others are shaking seeing MWC make it's way up.

Celebrate if you are an MWC member. Join us and we shall go together to the glorious future of the Mid Western Confederation.

Well, when I submitted my score, the site itself was down (I tried to see where I was after I submitted). Maybe it just screwed me. Or I got very little for my last game, despite it being a 42000 game. I'll have to pay more attention from now on.

And yeah, as people start cranking out games, I'll fall more and more, since I just can't crank.

Frankly, I'm really sick of Cotal/Amidala/whatever her name is this week's stupid hopping around. I don't think I'd really want her in my empire, since she's guaranteed to leave it in like 2 days anyway.

I think I was just on drugs about my score not updating. Everyone who was around me must have submitted around the same time strangely enough so we all stayed around the same place. (I checked on MWC's site for our Monday weekly activity report to see what my old score was)

Though it is annoying to have a 42000 point game only amount to about 20000 actual metaverse points. :notsure:

I think that is why idle and surther wanted to get our input on becoming invite only. Special Forces is invite only, so she could only join them if they wanted her to. That at least tells me they probably talked about letting her join and were ok with it. Will she stay? Time will tell.

It only frustrated me from the standpoint that I thought we were within realistic striking distance of the #2 spot. Now it fight fight fight just to get back to #3. I guess on the plus side, Jedi and Spec Forces are so close, we could take out 2 at once!!

I don't think that is worthy to even talk about the topic, I think that the battle that we have now between Jedi's, MWC, and Europe it is very close, Special Force will drop out of the race as soon as she gets tired of being there, and then we will be back to normal time with this close race for 2nd place, so dust you machinery and lets make this race interesting. Would be funny do to see some MWCs riding in their lawnmowers against Jedis trying to learn using The Force how to start the lawnmower, pssstt Kasualkid where did you say was the ignition switch for this thing, what??? PULL THE CORD???? what kind of spaceship is this? Oh great Master Joda I think that The Force would never learn how to operate these machines... NO, don't use your lightsaber to cut it in half!!!!... stupid machine, now I have to run to goal line!!!!

Maybe. Who knows, maybe she'll stay there... Though she did say she was 'retiring' and obviously that didn't happen. Nobody can hope to catch up to someone who can crank a zillion 60000 point games out a day. I still don't see where the time comes from.

But Mayito, it's not really fair for you to complain about her. You're a hopper too.

According the the Admirality report (different thread) the MWC has the most admirals (any rank) than any other empire, 8!!

Jaws, if she stays with your team, that's great. I hope she does! She just seems to contradict herself from week to week, that's all. Time will tell.

I actually don't read most of the other empire threads. I have a hard time keeping up with our thread sometimes.

Hiya farmers! Hey - no one wants flame wars, least of all us. Re Cotal/Ginata: it's fair to tell you that most of us have known her going way back in the old Aussie days, and actively tried to recruit her when the Posse went over to GROSS. We certainly didn't try and 'steal' her away from the Jedi. As kasualkid suggested, we all talked about it and unanimously agreed to invite her, as she was an old comrade to many of us. Several of our crew voiced the opinion that they were happy for her to zero her score before coming on board, if that was an issue.

Yes, I understand that it could grind the nerves of other teams, but only because she carries such a weight of points with her. If her score was zero, I doubt anyone would notice. We in Special Forces back her 100%, no matter how long she might choose to be with us (and obviously like you, we all hope Ginata has found a supportive haven) and the same goes for any of our current crew. Invite-only empires mean you can still leave any time you like!

I know you didn't ask for this contribution, but I'd thought I'd share, cause I've always found the farmers to be pretty "straight up" people.

Now...I think I might be due to get some corn on the cob outa you.... ;)
