List of all detected planets

Hi,

I am new to this game. Is there list of all colonizable or detected planets? All I see is the map or the list of my colonies on the right side.

GalCiv2 had this, but so far, GalCiv3 does not.

Yes please. This one of the things I miss the most from GC II. Makes colonization and invasion plans SO much easier.
