Levels above 'Journeyman' can only be set by T-Man, as they enable access to Admin controls, etc.

'Master' as referred to in the 'About' is not 'Masters Apprentice'....the latter comes between Apprentice and Journemam...or Journeyman [must be getting tired...had to do 'real' work today]...
