Okay. In some of the skins, there's this thing in the picture. For the sake of this post, I'll refer to the YinYang Suite, since that's the one I'm using. At the top of the preview picture, there is a bar, that says "Toolbar" and has some stuff on it. But.. what is it? The description says "ToolBar Icon Support" but... what exactly is it? >.< Yes. I feel very stupid right now.

They are the images in your browser...ie: back, forward, stop, refresh etc...

Not those.. At the very top of the screen. Not on my screen, in the preview picture.

It's got icons like WinDVD, Windows Media Player, Coolplayer, Winamp, etc..

??? what are you talking about. the toolbar icons are the back/forward/stop/copy/paste/folder view/home/etc images on the toolbar in Explorer and Internet explorer.

I think I have that.. I might have ObjectBar.. either way, I'm completely lost on it. If that's what it is, how do I get it to skin it like that?

It is probably the QuickLaunch ToolBar dragged from the TaskBar and docked to the top of the screen

Right Click on TaskBar and go to toolbars and Choose QuickLaunch. Now right click the Quicklaunch ToolBar and drag it to the top of the screen, it will dock to it

Right click the bottom task bar - Toolbars - new - add what you want - and drag it to the top of your screen.

Right Click on TaskBar and go to toolbars and Choose QuickLaunch. Now right click the Quicklaunch ToolBar and drag it to the top of the screen, it will dock to it

I cant drag my quick lauch anywhere even with the taskbar unlocked. all i can do is drag the icons. now i feel stupid.

The toolbar in the ying yang shot is not a quick launch toolbar. See post 15.

Don't use the Window taskbar, but shouldn't that be LEFT-CLICK and drag?
