ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

How about a big brother smack down event. Get all populations to report every body else
select good. revolutions and government forced to back down ....bonus for moral
Neutral Impliment as citizen ID card.. Increase spying.
Evil... Impliment .. production increase.

bakka - come up with the text you want for the event. including the three choices and i will gladly mod it for you. already have an idea for the picture...

oh and as we are evil i would suggest a negative event for choosing good trait. neutral for neutral. improvement for choosing evil...

The Evil Empire council should have bonuses to weapons and defense. If they lose control, loyalty should go down.

Evil Empire Council Mod

proposed + traits

Military Production +15%
Ship Defence +15%
Espionage +20%
Ships Weapons +15%

proposed - traits

Loyalty -20%
Morale -20%

will hurt if you loose council, but both sets nearly equal out to 5+/-.

Before i mod this tomorrow. does anyone have any other ideas.
seen as its going to have this empires name on it I would like Hairy's approval before i upload it to the galciv site.

I remember a time when the EVIL EMPIRE had no more than 5 members.

I remember that we needed more people, and we need more now.

I remember that we now have 12 members. A number that was thought impossible no more than 2 months ago.

I don't want to poop on your brilliant work, but I would not want to work with the picks you have chsen for the Evil Council Mod.
I agree they are logical, but I think it would be difficult to win with them.

The web page is coming along nicely now. Also, for the Evil Empire government, the people shouldn't lose morale when an Evil Empire is overthrown... I'm not sure if you can subtract %'s, but if so, the bonuses should be -morale and plus to stuff like defense and espionage.

so are you saying that you do or dont want -morale when you lose the government?

if any of you have any preferences i would like to hear them. or maybe you would just like an existing government renamed and repictured!

Nand - it is possible to -% on either side of gov picks. just need to balance them out against each other, or gov becomes unstable and either too hard to play or too easy to win with.

let me know people any i will write it as soon as we have a general idea.

rather than fill up this thread with ideas for the council mod. i am going to start a new thread on the forum called Evil Empire Council. could you all please leave your ideas there. i would appreciate as many peoples ideas as poss, so as to try and get the new mod as good as poss for everyone.
