ok, i did it; the first evil-only empire is now open (to evil people only of course)!!!

the rules are simple, you must have an overall morality of ether "chaotic evil", or "very evil" -anyone with a good, neutral, or no morality (because they haven’t submitted any games yet), are not allowed to stay in this empire. every few days, i will go through the empire, deleting anyone who does not have an evil morality. if you are deleted, it does not mean that you are banned, it just means that i wont let you stay in my empire until your overall morality becomes evil again. members are still allowed to play and submit games with a "good" morality, however, just make sure that your "good" and "neutral" games don’t change your morality to anything other then "evil".

i will be looking for some empire admins once a few people join my empire. if you do become an empire admin, one of your duties will be to delete any "neutral", "good" and no morality members.

if you are evil, come join the metaverse’s first “evil-only” empire. who knows, you just might get lucky and become an empire admin ;)

Sinking.. tell me if you think of a better term.

It's showing Empires that have a negative number of battles submitted from the first date.

Should I remove the sinking catagory?

As the the time frame gets longer it will get more accurate and the "really" dead empires will stay in the report. Give it some time and the report will get clearer.
I didn't go through each empire to get this.. way to much time and effort involved doing that. All I did was capture the data on the two days and do a simple comparasion. The oldest date I had was the 31st Aug. I expect it will expand out to a month and stay as a monthly indicator?

I agree that a month is a good timeframe for measurement. If no one submits in a month, I doubt anyone will. Even a gigantic map doesn't take a month (though sometimes I wonder if it might ;) )

We can all let it ride itself out for the next couple of weeks, and I am sure that the "dead empire" listing will show it's true colors. Keep up the good work!

Our empire is slowly gaining on position #9. I'll see if I can't get in a game tomorrow in the daytime, but I'll be out of the loop monday night. Monday Night Football beckons even evil overlords to the powers of the television. I have to watch... I'm not the Bucman if I am not there for my Buccaneers! Been a fan for YEARS...

Well, I think stardock should make metaverse forum in where the metaverse rankings at so people will report their score and also see the forum. Looks to me, now people are just submitting games and see the score and leave the site. :notsure:

I do think there a few players who are using the Metaverse as a personal high score page and are not interested in empiring.

I think they are missing out on a lot of fun but it's their choice.

i was checking out the empires and the forums even before i bought the game. the first thing i did when i bought the game after installing stardock central and installing the latest patches, i was on here registering -after that i finally loaded up galciv and played my first game.

For me, I saw the news of GC's release on Gamespot, immediately came over here to check out the forums (and the game play examples). Discovered that the retail shops have not even heard of GC so I immediately downloaded the game, registered myself on the Meta and started to play my first Simple game.

Thanks for the previous kudos for making the top 100. I was probably on the bubble at #100 for about 10 minutes before I got bumped back down. But I did have to watch my Bucs shut out the Eagles on monday night! Woohoo!!! I'm not called the Bucman for nothing if I don't cheer my team for victory.

Folks. Should I remove the "fallen -1 rank" out of the Overlord tracking. Just to condense it and make it easier to read?
