Hi Folks!!!!! I just read through the page describing the WC Access Categories. According to the list: Level 1: Exiled Level 2: Visitors Level 3: Citizens Level 4: Apperantice/Master Apperantice Level 5: Journeymen Level 6: Master Level 7: Moderator Level 8: Administrator I used to be a Master Apprentice on the Old WC Site and my access level was 4 but on the current site it is being shown on Level 3.
