I used to have same problem. But it is now seems to be fixed. All you have to do it to logout onece and then login again.

The WC browser seems to quit during the Skin Update, I am able to browse the libraries, and download with WC browser - by stopping the auto update when the program is first started and then also going into "Settings" and changing to "Do not check for any skin file updates Same problem here..............

User Level Problem in WinCustomize Talk JoeUser Forums

Hi all. Atlast we have WC 2K5 here. Really nicely done but I am facing some problem regarding User Levels. Since I am WC Subscriber so my user level should be 5 but in my profile it is showing me on level 4. Is there any one else having the same problem or is it just me.
