have you successfully loaded one of the existing themes with this layout? if not, then you need to do this first. once you have done this, look at it in theme manager. there are 4 bars that together make up the XP style start menu. once you have the 4 bars all linked to the start button, then all you have to do is position them correctly relative to each other. you need to try and be more clear / precise in your questions so that people know what you are really askin
