suprize, suprize, in my snail mail today I received another brown mailer with a DA disk inside. I did NOT request a second one nor did a authorize payment on my credit card for a second one, so if my credit card gets charged I will be reporting credit card *fraud* to my credit card company. People have to remember that providing support and perpetual access to re-download the game costs money. It's not crazy to ask those people from whom Stardock is not receiving one penny to pick up some of that burden if they want the same support as a first-hand consumer is getting. Equally unhelpful but hell yes. One would think what with IE being used on over 90% of the pc's out there that the developers of GC2 would have tested it using IE, if for no other reason because their game would be more likely to be played on a machine where IE is the default browser.

It's SumOfDepreciatedScores divided by the NumberOfGames to the 0.4 power (that's slightly less than the square root of NumberOfGames). some how I have lost the ability on my laptop to use the side of the touch pad to zoom in and out. My touch pad has a place on the right side and along the bottom that allows me to scroll down on a web page or across it using those two areas. In DL, I have been using the one on the right to zoom in on the main screen. I will look; but with it only allowing 4 saves (that is how I have it set) I don't know if it is still there; because I just finished another game. As for the agent on one of my planets farm, I am playing DL not DA, and I didn't think the AI could do that in DL? I was playing the end game and was winning. I was down to attacking the last race and thought it was going to be an easy win. Then for no apparent reason with only a 25% Tax rate and popularity up to 60% every planet had a Sevier drop in population from about 6-15 or more billion per planet to exactly 9 million (that is million with a M). Thank you Facelessclock for saying what i could not quite get out. You know what? That makes sence and I understand. I do like the game very much, and in fact it is the *only* game I play, well except for chess against chessmaster; because of there being to may cheaters online playing chess that run a chess program in the background and then paste its moves in for theres.

I am very sad and almost upset to just have received a CD, no box.. where is the manual?? very disapointed, I feel fooled Likewise here, one of the reasons I ordered the CD and paid the extra price instead of just paying for the download was that I thought I would at the very least get a manual with it; but I was also expecting it in a box and not the vanila envelope postmarked from Cincinatti Ohio.

It is basicly pressing Space Bar and looking how the numbers go down If the could do some work on the ground battles and have the ground battles be like those in Empire earth or even Microsofts age of empires the this game would have the best of both worlds; but doing so of course would increase teh time to finish a game by a quantium leap

k, I was just wondering. I haven't been saving and reloading; because I have no need to at these levels. I am still at the tiny/small normal. If you look at historical naval combat of the modern age, a destroyer will never engage a battleship alone and win. Yet in galciv, this is possible, which is crap that depends: because now days a destroyer can carry cruse *nukes* and could most certainly take out a battleship.
