the 21 (actually i heard 22, but what's a day matter?) days was what experts speculated that the typical sentence would be if the early release pattern at the jail held true. they already knew that with "good behavior" she would get credit (like anyone would) to make her actual stay 30 days (1 day off for every 2 good days). but this is a lil suspect.
