To quote the bard: Love me or hate me, its still an obsession. i have,,,thanks for bringing up that nugget of wisdom again. keep spewin yer lil special brand of hate lil girl
sorry, meant "age of reason" ...got my paine texts mixed up. no accusation of plagarism, i just wondered if they were inspired by paine's writings. but the continued flattery is nice
Last night, Paris Hilton left an appearance at the MTV movie awards and checked into an L.A. jail. Before the ceremony, Paris seemed sober and content to face her music for the next 22-45 days, depending on how she behaves and how crowded they are. So, at last, we can all rejoice that the lil bitch got her just desserts. We can all feel gleeful in the knowle
wow MM..should have been readin my stuff 3 years ago, lol...it's nice to find common ground. but i wouldn't say the ama is against it. they do take the "prudent road" and give politically correct statements, but do seem to support it, esp. in a "smoke free" inhaled method... Link this would be my favorite of those methods...<a href="http://www.norml.org/index.cfm?Group
good article, and certainly food for thought in this...but one question...isn't this pretty close to what thomas paine said in his "common sense" writings that he offered in the 18th century? i didn't see any references...maybe i missed them. that is always possible when i am multitasking and have to read things quickly.
one part of religious music that i do very much enjoy and draw inspiration from is blugrass and traditional country gospel. some of the people who patronize it annoy me tho, kind of like with golf (i enjoy the game of golf, but golfers are an annoying breed of ex-jocks and wanabees who are trying to project their mochismo lamely on the lynx) . with gospel crowds, the picture of the elderly lady, fresh from her play date with a "Tammy Faye Baker make-up kit" with a snooty smirk on her f
just tell em "fine so far" and to check back after 6 months / a year or whatever time frame ya feel like assigning.
Last Night, the 2nd debate for the Democrats took place, this time on CNN. It was the 4th debate overall, with the Republicans going at it twice already on MSNBC and Fox. The Democrats chose to skip Fox's offer for a debate last month. This production wasn't quite as slick as Fox's, but like the NFL on CBS, it had it's own charm. CNN chose to go back to t
What are they going to do, kill everyone off? at this point, it is starting to look like "the departed." we'll see how it ends up. i'm still digesting last night's episode and "making a few calls" to try to get some last minute tips. at this point, i'm scratching my head how they are gonna wrap anything up in the one hour they have left.
Silvio--- My sources tell me that Sil will be rubbed out by the New York mobsters. Outside of his famous "Bada Bing" strip club. Why? I have no idea, but it probably has something to do with his loyalties to Tony over anyone in New York. Bobby---This one will be tragic. Bobby has become "mr family man" in the show. He will be leaving a hobby shop that sells toy trains with his son, and his son will look on as his father is peppered with bullets. <b
When i was still in high school, if you failed it -even if you had a freaking 4.0- you were screwed. Like i said, they're crap. are they tho? i know everyone likes to bitch about them, and they are a somewhat easy target. it's easy to poke holes in anything standardized. but if someone has a cumulative 3.5 or as you suggest, a 4.0 and can't pass any kind of "basic skills test" then is it the test's fault? is it more likely that those grades and GPA were
There has been a lot of talk about "amnesty" in regards to the President's immigration proposal. Unfortunately, most of it is misdirected. The 12 million immigrants aren't really getting anything close to the definition of amnesty. Amnesty is about getting off "scott-free" for an alleged "greater good." These 12 million or so illegal immigrants will be req
It has always amazed me to see Bush haters trying to paint Bush as a "typical" Republican or "typical" conservative. He is neither. ummm..that's not true. as someone who gets accused of hating bush here almost daily... i've repeatedly said that i don't "hate" bush at all. what has happened has been quite sad actually. and i'm not alone there. yes, there are some real "haters" out there, that is true. but everyone who opposes their policies shouldn't
Another departure from the Bush White House today was announced. The President's Counselor, Dan Bartlett announced he would be stepping down. Bartlett assumed that position in January of 2005. He has been working for the Bush team since 1994 when he was involved in Bush's Texas Governor race. <!-- Ju-Anchor-Footer-End --
#3 George W. Bush. Incompetent to the extreme. The man with no ideology. It's as if that lazy sales guy you know somehow managed to become President. when bush was "elected" in 2000 (and i use quotes because of the controversy, not my personal feelings)i was commenting about how he was like that guy (or gal) who "falls up the corporate ladder." that i am sure that most who work in a company with more tha n a dozen people can relate to. before 9/11 people
None would be named Marie Barone would they? LOL
rumor has it that the paparazzi have been swarming to get pics of the new addition. updates as they become available...

Having a new baby is reward enough absolutely

Great announcement. very very cool sean, may Casey be a healthy child and have the best life has to offer! <div class="Article_Quote
here's some actual numbers for the above debate...not that folks round here let facts get in the way of a good argument, lol... but for the record (pardon the pun)... 2006 TOP-SELLING CHRISTIAN AND GOSPEL MUSIC ALBUMS (Reflects sales for all titles in the Nielsen Christian SoundScan system sold at Christian and mainstream retail and through digital channels. It excludes Christmas catalog titles.) 1. Precious Memories (Arista/Sony/Provident) - Alan Jackson; 1
This morning at 7:10 am, Team Conners Representative and board member Sean Conners and Board CEO Marianne Conners announced a bold new expansion for the team. They went public after a grueling 10 hour meeting that seemed deadlocked for most of the night. But by morning, it was clear that this team had gotten larger. Expansion plans began about 9 months ago.
i understand that others can define it differently, and i appreciate your input kfc,,,you make a good case. unfortunately, not with my definition. but my defintion is by no means 'definitive."
