Do you really think rhetoric like "rape, pillage... plunder" and "bloodlust" serves your argument well? perhaps that is more about my strong feelings on the matter and the man. and where no one is ever going to make the claim that i am "captain conservative", i do have a lot of respect for the conservative political philosophy and do support some of it's tenents. but to me, from everything i have seen from him since he was in bush sr's admin. has turned

problem is,,,they weren't working "on the best intelligence available." that intelligence, i.e. anything that dissented from their bloodlust, was ignored. and the report acknowledges contacts in the sudan , along with the fact that nothing ever materialized out of them. and by the time we invaded iraq, we knew that much of what we thought was true in 1998, wasn't. don't you realize that every single arab, muslim and anywhere near the middle e

Dick Cheney continued his campaign of lies and deceit against the American People and the Constitution he swore to protect and uphold. This week, on comedian Rush Limaugh's show, Cheney had the audacity to repeat his bogus allegations that Iraq and Al Qaeda were working togethre before our invasion in 2003. This was after the release of a report that capture

Seems like you are spoiling for a fight sean.. you will not get one here. let us agree to disagree. that's ok with me. no need for either of us to get all riled up, lol...anyway, i stated my position more clearly here... WWW Link where someone is trying to hijack and fight, as if they mattered, lol... take care elie...i can certainly respect a consistant position where no cong

B]May I remind you that we were not in a shooting war with Columbia,[/B] and may i remind you that we are not in a shoting war with syria. Instead I am seeing is even the liberal papers are not pleased with Speaker Pelosi’s actions over there. outside of the post's bogus report, and those who parrotted it (the biggest bias in the media isn't liberal or conservative, it's laziness) i haven't seen much criticizm at all. just punditry from the right. The recent trip to Syria by house Speaker Pelosi has once again brought out the right wing portable punditry to lie, smear and spin. This time, the hypocrisy and lying is easy to spot. But only if you take your blinders off. The biggest hypocrisy over the trip was concerning the fact that republicans had made the trip to speak to Syrian leaders over the cu

Since when did anyone proclaim them such? the assumption that she must be lying and the prime minister is being honest. I rest my case.. see above.. I have not been writing at all in case you have not noticed sean. yeah, pretty convenient to say that after i asked the question. i guess the real answer is that you are just interested in attacking democrats. act is tht somebody has to talk to those p

a) why not a word about he republicans who went to syria? b) since when is an isreali politician the "voice of God?" the isreali prime minister is a politician too, remember... our politicians lie 100% of the time and theirs are honest 100% of the time? i don't think so.

When most people, even those who follow politics, think of the name "Dowd," they usually think of left wing uber-feminist Maureen Dowd. If someone was to read an article titled “Kerry Was Right,” and knew that someone named "Dowd" wrote it, the most likely assumption would be that it was written by the forementioned Maureen Dowd. But in this case, like too many othe

I wish that were nonsense, Sean, but my eyes & ears tell a different story. i really think it cuts both ways in the media. there are liberal bases and conservative bases of news and editorial, but for at least the past decade, i don't see either side as being dominant. but i do see how either side can see it that way. and i've seen studies and so forth that "prove" that their side is getting the shaft from the media, either in the bulk orf the reporting

i, for one, am glad to hear about a new political machine. i enjoyed the 1st version. i must admit, i thought i'd have an easier time running as a democrat, but the reverse was true. but it was fun and interesting to run from both sides of the ol fence. i have some ideas for the next version, but i'm sure ya don't wanna hear em. lol

GTA is one of my ATF games. for me, the yare like starring in your own mob movie or somethin like that. plus, like mentioned before, there is a perfect mix between the missions part of the game and the exploring and doing what ya want part of the game. i also like how many of the missions kind of give you a 'taste" of what other games are about in how they are like little replicas of other games (like taxi driver, the dancing and music games, etc...)

Oh, she's already taken plenty of potshots out on the ol' Hill-Machine, don't you worry Sean, she's been plenty rotten towards her too, right, KFC? that may be, but here, she stuck to the subject...at least the 1st question i asked. ironically, the 1st story i have seen concerning my 2nd question, appeared in the new york post. they did a story about a company judi used to work for who killed puppies in medical experiments. i haven't seen the g

daiwa, the same reports said this... He also told Walters that he welcomes his wife's involvement in policy decisions during the campaign "to the extent she wants to be… I couldn't have a better adviser ." When asked if she will sit in on policy meetings, Judith said: "...(if asked) yes. And certainly in the areas of health care." i think there is certainly room for comparison, but the question i asked was more about what is fair game, not whether or not she'll be inv

kfc...we don't agree all the time, but that's the kind of steadfast principle i can admire. out of everyone, you were the only one who would identify themselves as conservative or the like that didn't take a gratuitous shot at hillary and looks at the candidates equally.

If you ever wanted to see how people who call themselves "Libertarians" can be so different from each other, check out this interview from the weekend. It is from social Libertarian Bill Maher's show, "RealTime with Bill Maher." Here he chats with old school Conservative Libertarian Ron Paul of Texas who ran for President in 1988 under the Libertarian banner and is c

thanks guy:) the media mis-uses most polls, and the public tends not to understand them as evidenced by the way they are reported both by the commercial media and the blogs. and both groups like to use / mis-use them the way people use/mis-use individual bible quotes. polls are one of the pillars of "gotcha" politics.
