The Dems continue to shoot themselves in the foot so don't expect much. not in the 2006 contests they didn't.

guys do hang out with other guys without bein gay ya know, lol.
geeeez...lighten up you two...the singin along to that tune has NOTHING to do with the gay angle of it. that is ALL about just having fun with your friends. like the hokey pokey. you are not endorsing anything by having a little fun at a social event with your loved ones. if anything, that diffuses any intent there may have been. it's just a fun song for goodness sake.
more like this place leans so far right that someone who is mainstream and centrist like me comes off to ya'll as "liberal." meanwhile, like i try to tell ya'll, real liberals see me as conservative. and from where i sit, as long as i'm keeping both the extremes uncomfortable, i must be doin somethin correctly, lol.
So you do all that parenting stuff, AND you write cool tunes? Niiice. and so much more, lol...thanks:)
You answered 100% of questions correctly. Here's your rating: 0-20%: Maybe you're still thinking too much about the Old Country. 25-40%: Mmmm. Do you really want to be a citizen? This kind of performance isn't going to impress those nice immigration folks. 45-60%: Not too bad, but you really need to break out the civics books again -- word is, the INS is looking for an 80 percent score. 65-80%: Hey, you may make a g
but again, baby i can relate with a 1 month old, a 2 year old and 8 year old tearin this place up.
And, by the way.....Is this by any chance a Right-Wing Blog Site? Somehow I sense an element of anger. Not just you ok right wingers...take note,,,the left is calling me a right winger, lol. barry, i think there are some on here that might disagree with that characterization. it's not fair to call it a "Right-Wing Blog Site". not if by that it is meant that the right is exclusively represented on this
i fixed the link jy,,,thanks for the heads up. to answer your question about the dylan song, i've covered that song for about 20 years. traditionally, the chord progression is G / D / C / G / D / Am and repeats thru both the verse and chorus. In the verse of my song, there is a sim. chord progression, namely G / D / Am in the verses. In some versions of knockin on heaven's door, players will simplify the chords to G / D / Am repeating instead of alternating between t
That headline is SO not PC. but effective, eh? you clicked it, lol. (and thanks, btw) And the Gentleman from Vermont's name is "Leahy." No "e." And Rahm Emanuel is a DLC shill worthy of nothing but contempt. sorry for the typo,,,ya didn't need to be such a tool about it...and emanuel has been an ass, but his idea to defund cheney's office got him a few points in my book and may have caused a spinal tra
A remixed, more "vocal friendly" version of "Don't Like The Rain" has been posted. Any feedback is welcome. If the link below doesn't work, please just copy/paste >>> www.myspace.com/sconn1 Link
I don't want to further an "agenda" by laughing at it and having a great time doing so. Everything I do should bring glory to God and I don't see how this can. don't worry kfc, you are hardly furthering any agenda by singing along or doin the "letters" of YMCA. it has LONG since trancended any of that, by about 25-30 years, lol. it is simply part of pop culture. and it's been done at weddings and such for so long, it's almost a "traditional." an
This week the Obama campaign is celebrating record setting fundraising efforts for the 2nd quarter of the year. The campaign is reporting raising over 32 million dollars. Handily beating Hillary Clinton and trouncing the rest of both the GOP and Democratic fields. In addition, the campaign is reporting a record 238,000 new donors. This is far more individual donors th
In a pretty surprising move, reports say that President Bush made a "b-line" towards the Oval office after meeting with Russian President Putin in Maine and emerged with an announcement that Scooter Libby's sentence would be commuted. This means he will serve no prison time. Libby's 250,000 dollar fine and loss of his law license will stand. The commuting o
ummm...the village people were an openly gay disco band. the disco movement came out of the gay scene in the 70's in part. a lot of gay sex was happenin at the Y apparantly. they were encouraging people to go. but, the song has transcended beyond that. it is popular at ball games, like mentioned above. also at weddings, at clubs of all types and other social and sporting events. it's apopular sing-along and people like to do the " letters" wi
So, I guess I'm expecting that my articles will all be hits now, when really, I'm still playing baseball. Did that make any sense? i get what yer sayin...reminds me of the old saying "just when i draw a straight flush i find out that everyone else is playing monopoly."
Have you not heard the claims that the US orchestrated 9/11, Sean? yes i have heard those claims...duh. and i've also seen how different groups who questioned different aspects of things that happened before, during and after were immediately thrown into that group of "loons" for having the nerve to question things. and this charge that terp made is pure propoganda based on nothing. if some loon actually makes that charge,,,then fine, call them
hey Jy...i've enjoyed chewin the fat with ya and i'm sure you have your own unique perspective to bring to the table. and it is more than welcome as far as i'm concerned. whether you choose to write your own stuff, share things you see elsewhere with the JU community or just comment on other people's work, you are surely welcome. in the end, you'll probably enjoy offering all 3, when the times are right...and don't worry bout comments...most people don't comment on 90% of what they read....well,
where the hell did you come up with that bs terp? i have seen nothing, except for your claim and attempt to foster propoganda against those you hate. what's sadder than this slander is the blanket coverage these wanabees are getting. now incompetent and failed terrorists are being hyped up even harder . what a shame.
i am pleased to report that the beaufort county republicans have asked to reprint the article in their newsletter.
They're just fine and dandy, Sean-Conners-from-Delaware-who-loves-to post-under-his real-name-and-shares-all-sorts-of-very-personal-information-which-in-the-hands-of someone-even-semi-motivated-to-do-so-could-lead-right-to-his-doorstep. In fact, they might even be on their way over for tea and cookies. Do give them my regards, will you? i sure do, and thanks for posting this lil threat. i'll make sure the proper authorities see it klansman. <
Yes, I think I will, especially since you seem to think you backed Karma off on your last tirade against her. I suppose it never occured to you that she's busy and doesn't hang on ju often. blah, blah, blah...whatever lil girl. You're a sick puppy, SC. I feel infinitely sorry for anyone who has to endure your bullshit in real life, and yes, that includes your wife and kids. ok, i mentioned this before..
KUDOS! giving blood is an honorable thing. i did it a lot back in my 20's, but over the years, it has gotten pushed aside as life took over. articles like this are a great reminder for people like me to get involved with that again. thanks:)
Taking a life to save a life is a no brainer. except that is not what happens. most of these stem cells will be properly discarded, or "thrown in a dumpster and taken to a landfill" as lula would put it. do you think that we have endless resources to store these things? no life is being wasted, period.
