toolbar problem in Object Desktop JoeUser Forums

Hey guys, i've seen quite a few post about windows xp pro and the problem with skinning the toolbar. Now i have WB 4.4, AMD 64, 1GB valueRam, and a 128mb pci-e ati graphics card. The funny thing is, that WB works fine on my old system...Winxp pro, 1GB valueRam with a ATI 9600pro graphics card. I've tried unloading, rebooting, uninstalling/reinstalling and i can't get vector cell skin nor any of the others to work...if you have any suggestions let me
