Points to you, no matter what, you've still not recieved a real answer...

Actually, I am sick and tired of having people demand we rack our brains to try to find good things about Bush, and saying if we have trouble with it or don't feel like playing your game, all liberals are crazed idiots full of hate. Finding three things you like about Bush doesn't prove you are more intelligent than someone who is considered more "moderate." We just see the world in different ways, that doesn't make us dumber and needing to find thr
It is ridiculous and naive to think that al-Qaeda does NOT watch the news. They take the liberal hand-wringing and self-loathing and Bush-bashing; they see it as signs of weakness and chinks in our armor of resolve. Yeah, they linked to the satellite via the wireless on top of their cave. Maybe the 'terrorists' do understand our democracy and know there will always be dissent; checks and balances, but if they are so hard to find with all our satellite imagery and sophi
Yep, terp, in America as well as any other part of the globe we've got layabouts. Individuals who consistantly refuse to work, contribute taxes to our state and federal government and prove themselves a detriment, in general. We'll always have them, and yes, we could spend a lot less supporting them. Unfortunately, if you've looked at the pie chart here; Link you'll realize that in cutting just 1% of the defense budget you'l
I don't think death is appropriate, rather, a more creative sentence should be issued. Of course, if smart, the judge presiding will realize he's setting a precedent...
A Vietnam reference. Wonder where he get's that idea from? Historical hindsight, perhaps? I see they are using their friends in the media to further their cause. Face it, the MSM are whores. It's telling to see one individual claim one element of MSM to be 'balanced' and simultaneously claim another of it to be 'biased' (not directed at you, Canine of the Island).
Perhaps you should re-state your challenge, maybe then you'll get some real answers.
Sure. You want to leave the men and women in Iraq with no bullets? I was kinda' thinking we'd cut the defense budget by simply removing the men and women from Iraq, including bullets. That would save an ass-load of money, don't you think?
This is no Roberts, and I don't think she'll have an easy time. You're right, she's no Roberts, and yet, you see very little outcry from Dems nitpicking her nonexistent paper trail from the bench. Maybe she'll be grilled, or not, but the fact is, most 'conservative' delegates will vote for her for the single reason that she's a Bush pick - despite whatever 'outcry' is being displayed now.
Beginning this week, the House GOP lawmakers will take steps to cut as much as $50 billion from the fiscal 2006 budget for health care for the poor, food stamps and farm supports, as well as considering across-the-board cuts in other programs... ...could we cut military spending instead?
Secretly, Miers will have an easy time of it. You bet on the same number of Dem.'s that voted against Roberts voting against Miers versus the same majority of Republicans with some added support from those who may not have voted for Roberts and Miers is in. This administration (with it's in-tow Senate) does it's best magic when expectations are low. After Miers gets the seat, there will be natural reunification in the G.O.P. as long as there are any members left
In all reality, my high school years were fine, but I disliked them intensely. I very much wish I would have dropped out, earned my GED, then gone to college. I believe those years, spent in that manner, would have been much more pleasant and productive.
Some smart guy thought to include a chainsaw scene in the movie, perhaps gamers will be lucky enough to see other exclusively-Doom-type content included? God, I hope it doesn't suck.
uM,...yEAH. This article kinda' sums up the current state of affairs here in America. Welcome to Amerika.
The question as to who would lead the Republican Party and lead it well is a very good question. Suggestions?
McCain would ring the most with me, at the moment for Repub. candidate, he's always been against pork barrel spending...that's fiscal conservativism right there.
Hillary would be a huge mistake for dems. . Go Dean, go Kucinisch, go Kerry, go Edwards, go an actual conservative candidate.
Yeah, Baker mis-characterized.... He meant to say "Have at it QUEEN", but somehow he included the modifier drama needlessly. Yeah, your wish; not my desire. Whatever, terp, bring on some debate and you'll see who is the butch and who is the bitch.
Well, if you think I'm about to share my life with those who seem to get great joy out of ridiculing me, you're out of your mind. Fact is, I don't share my life with rightie racists, who go around trashing people at every opportunity I think many of us have been blogging here for at least a year or so now (at least the parties involved). It would be nice to at least have some personal explanation behind our reasons why we support / do
Not even close, but then while you claim to read, it is evident you dont. You're going to have to qualify that with some evidence. Like Col Klink, you can claim a lot of things, but so far, you have only mouthed the mantra of the loony left. Sure, I don't do anything on my own. Get real. Maybe you see anyone as 'mouthing the mantra of the loony left' when they don't fully support this admin. but, come on, you make that baseless accusation as your opi
I would just love to see you write an article about how you think, your, day how it went, if you are dating, I know next to nothing about you except you do landscape for a living and hate the right. It would be interesting to learn more about our community members. Maybe a personal blog from each? Perhaps it would shed more light on why we each feel / think the way that we do instead of us simply slamming on each other becau
My apologies, I exclusively visit the politics section of JU - never anything else, so I will expand my horizons and read your blog. My Uncle recently passed from liver failure due to Hep. C. He was 56.
This place takes a large part of my life {sad is it not?} Not at all, in many ways this is the place to be. ...due to illness on my part { I say this to help you understand me a little } Perhaps you will write a blog on it. I'd be interested in hearing about this, as I had no idea, Moderateman.
No, Bush Bashers could not get away with it, for it would be seen (Dabe) as what it is. Draginol is conservative. As such he is not bashing Bush, he is expressing his displeasure. It's been my experience here, thus far, that when anyone is critical of the Bush Admin. they are immediately branded 'liberal' or accused of 'bush-bashing' instead of arguing the facts of the matter. Learn the difference. if you want to be taken
