Zoomba, and xtine, neither of you have any idea what I am referring to, so might I politely suggest you stay out of this particular bit of it? Take it off the forums then. IM, or email, or hell, telephone, since you've publicly announced you have it.

LW... I think that's crossing a line that none of us here have any business crossing. Ditto. I know there's no ignore feature yet, but maybe you can just get it in your head to ignore everything by this poster? You two seem to feed off each other.
I am not some working mom hater. When I see someone who really has to do it, who needs help, I am the first to offer it. It is when they EXPECT it because they choose not to do it themselves that gets me upset. I agree! It's really a matter of manners. It's just plain rude to EXPECT someone else to st
If Brad, or Karma say "Don't post your personal blogs in the forums." then fine, okay... they're gone. Until then, you'll be seeing some "every day" blogs.... deal with it... Bravo! Blog on my friend.</
The tone of the comments are disturbing. Yes, I know I'm a great mom, but I am a great employee too. I will continue to work on my bachelor's degree and I will continue to move up the ladder. I will also raise two, hopefully more!, wonderful, intelligent, gorgeous children. Yes, a mom can do that! It is not a great lie. It kind of hurts to read those comments that suggest that I've harmed my children.
*I WRITE WHAT I WANT, FOR ME* Keep doing that Lucas. Not everyone holds those opinions previously expressed. It's a wide wide Joeuser.
At first I thought, oh that's not really gay, just kinda cutesy, until you said a HE uses it as his avatar! Hence, my choice: A. Frighteningly Gay
Which in itself sounds stupid. Ah, but to continue the example I used in my original article, there were those that believed giving women the right to vote sounded stupid. Most people who opposed woman suffrage bel
Awwwww! It's ok to cry, maybe it's not because you're vain, but more disappointed? You had expectations of a great haircut and were let down.
History is full of people who affected changes after years and years of trial and tribulation. How long did it take the Civil Rights movement before it became commonly accepted? Women's Sufferage? You have to admire those people who stood up for what they believed in despite the opposition. They felt deeply about their causes and spoke out for them. Over and over
If Dave and I had the day off, unless it was daycare that we had already paid for A lot of times, most of the time I bet, daycares charge for these days regardless. (Not saying that that's wrong or anything, just pointing that out).
Link This is from when he first started "helping" me at work.... such a cutie, if I do say so myself!!!
I bet if you asked at the day care, not too many other moms do that kind of thing. I've been lucky in that my boss is SOO understanding when it comes to family things. Of course, I try not to take advantage of that understanding either. When I was pregnant with my son, I had a discussion with my
Those parents sound horrible! I'm sorry that you have to deal with them, and thank you for doing what you do for their son. If they won't say it, I will. I don't care what anyone says about it taking a village, but a child IS influenced by society and sometimes individual members of society step up to the plate like you have Tova and because of that this boy will be better off. You've just given him an example of a responsible adult. Children can'
Just you and the kids...no husband, no boyfriend? No, this is the first time in my life that I only have to answer to myself. I do quite like it actually. It's just every now and then I get an attack of the blues. Doesn't everyone? Mostly I feel pretty happy with where I am in life, BUT...
So yeah. My little "I miss my baby" episode set the tone for my weekend. It was a melancholy, reflective couple of days for me. I feel all of my thirty-one years when I think of having more kids which I think I want. I want more babies. And the guy I'm with doesn't give the impression that he ever wants kids. How important is this to me...I just don't know. <BR
give him a HUGE hug and a HUGE smooch Definately! More than one. He gives what he calls "squeezie hugs" where he wraps his arms around my neck and squeezes as hard as he can while saying "Awwwwwwww!" <TABLE cellpadding=8 width="95%" align=center bgColor=#FFF394 class="mb-Body-Quote-Table
It's so obvious you love him.... Thank you, I do very much. your ex is being an ass and trying to wound you when he says that you're a bad mom. Hey, if he'
I'm sorry you miss him. It is obvious you love him. Thank you so much Tova. Just writing this blog really helped. It makes my heart glad to remember all the wonderous little "moments" that happen all time. I think as i remember them I'll just blog them. That way I'll have a written record.
How he says, "Yes" instead of "yup" now, and how when I wear my fuzzy scarf and gloves he giggles and says, 'Mommy, what are you- a kitty"" and how he crawls into my laps and says, "Don't say Piggy-piggy-piggy Mommy" as he holds his litle foot up and wiggles his toes in my face (his cute little attempt at reverse psychology - tell me, what three year old uses reverse psychology????) How he can eat 10 chicken nuggets but less than a half a lima bean.
I just let my little guy go. I do this every other week so you’d think I’d be used to it. And usually I’m ok, but for some reason tonight it’s hard. It’s so hard to share him. I don’t want to. He’s mine and I want all his hugs and kisses. I want to hear him say his cute little sayings and I want him to come snuggling into bed with me in the mornings for the last
Does this make any alleged gouging by the oil companies OK then?
I think my opinion is a little biased as I grew up in a family that couldn't afford the "right" clothes to ensure my acceptance in the environment where we lived. And kids are cruel. So with that bit of background plus a little bit of adult thought, I support school uniforms. It takes away that little bit of distraction that for some kids is a HUGE deal and allows school to focus more on what school is for: ACADEMICS! School should not b
Holy cow, you are an amazing writer! I felt like I was right next to beating the crap out of Debbie. Grrr@Debbie!! I'm looking forward to reading more about your incredible life.
Are we reduced to debating the debate now?
